La
Paz is noted for spacious, private accommodations, family travel,

means "the peace" and that is what you will find in this
home B&B. Your hosts will do the utmost to make your stay pleasant
and comfortable.
Four
guest accommodations are offered - The Arizona Suite (king suite), the
Sonoran Suite (queen mini-suite), the Desert Spring Room (queen bed)
and the Old West Room (twin beds).
Ideally
located in a quiet residential neighborhood in North Scottsdale within
20 minutes of Sky Harbor Airport, 15 minutes to Old Scottsdale and
within two miles of the new Kierland Golf Course and Kierland Common
Plaza offering fine dining, shopping and entertainment. La Paz is
located close to theaters, malls, museums, historical sights, Frank
Lloyd Wright-Taliesin West, Mayos Medical Center, WestWorld, hiking, ballooning and
horseback riding.

Each room offers AC, ceiling fan, cable TV/VCR, telephone, wireless
internet access. The pool is open April through October (unless
you’re very brave). The hot tub is open year round.
"The
Arizona Suite" is decorated in a Southwestern motif. It is a
spacious three room, private entrance suite with a large king bedroom,
private bath, fully equipped kitchenette, living room with a
comfortable queen sleep-sofa and entertainment center with cable
TV/VCR and wireless internet access. The suite also has a private exit
to the pool, hot tub and patio area. Complimentary refreshments and
fruit basket are included in the room rate. Ideal for family and
business travel, honeymoon and extended stay travelers. ($139-$189)
"The
Sonoran Suite" The Sonoran Suite is a comfortable mini-suite
decorated in a warm Southwestern motif. The bedroom is furnished with
a queen bed, private bath and it has a sitting room with a twin size
fold-out bed. For your enjoyment the room has cable TV/VCR, wireless
internet access and telephone. There is a private exit to the
pool/patio and hot tub area. A coffeepot, compact refrigerator are
furnished for your convenience. Guests can also relax in the main
living room area, listen to music, read any of the displayed books or
just sit around the fireplace and converse with fellow travelers.
Complimentary refreshments are available in the main dining area.

"The
Desert Spring Room" is located in the main part of the home. This
guest room sleeps two on a queen bed and is decorated in a
Southwestern style. There is cable TV/VCR, wireless internet access
and a telephone in the room. The Desert Spring Room shares a private
hall bath with the Old West Room. Guests can relax in the main living
room area, listen to music, read any of the displayed books or just
sit around the fireplace and converse with fellow travelers.
Complimentary refreshments are available in the main dining area.

"The
Old West Room" Decorated in an old west style, this room is
located in the main part of the home and accommodates two on twin
beds. Cable TV/VCR, wireless internet access and telephone is in the
room. The Old West Room shares a private hall bath with the Desert
Spring Room. Guests may relax in the living room area, listen to
music, read any of the displayed books, or just sit around the
fireplace and converse with fellow travelers. Complimentary
refreshments are available in the main dining area. ($99-$109)

Restrictions:
Non-smoking facility,
no pets, infants and children welcome but must be attended and
supervised at all times in home and around pool area.
Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment
in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2
nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to
the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card
if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is confirmed, we
charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi
Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit
cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending
receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more
days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $20
service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special
events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received
30 days prior to arrival date.
Check
in: 3-6 p.m. or as
otherwise arranged. Without notification, you may not have access to
B&B.
