A truly unique getaway, this "paradise in the desert" on five acres
combines the luxury accommodations of a resort with the amenities and activities found at
a fine guest ranch. The architect designed the buildings so guests would have spectacular
views from their second story suites of the sweeping valley and the distant mountains in
the Tonto National Forest. Providing the best of two worlds, you will find total privacy
at this country retreat yet you are only minutes away from shopping, fine dining,
championship golf courses and horseback riding.
Many activities are available. This is a great place for biking, hiking and bird watching
or nearby is the Verde River where you can enjoy fishing. For an additional charge, western cookouts are offered. Guests have private use of
the heated waterfall spa, or for seasonal swimming there is a swimming pool with a large
waterfall. An exercise room, campfire and cabana areas are available.

Amenities: The spacious four-room "Hideout Suite" is separate from the
main house. It features a bedroom with a hand-hewn king size log bed, wagon wheel bar,
living room with a gas fireplace and queen size sofa-bed, bathroom with a stunning 6' red
claw foot tub and a quartz rock-walled shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen
including a laundry area.
There is a private 12 x 24 veranda with flagstone flooring, another gas fireplace, bar
sink and built-in gas grill for the guests' enjoyment and wonderful views. The suite also
has a TV/VCR/stereo system, video library and unique cowboy/western furnishing throughout.
For a larger party, available for the 3rd and 4th persons is the luxurious View Suite. In
the main house, it is a spacious room with two walls of windows, a king bed, a two-person
whirlpool tub, a telescope for star gazing, and a private veranda-deck with scenic views.

Rates: Hideout Suite $300. View Suite $250. 6/1-10/1 summer rates $195. Gift
certificates available. Add $25 for each additional person.
Breakfast: Continental plus on weekdays, three course "Ranchman"
breakfast on weekends served in the suite, on your veranda, in the main house, or while
you lounge by the pool. Please specify special dietary requirements at time of
reservation.
Maximum number of guests: 6
Minimum stay: 2-night minimum when a Saturday is involved
Restrictions: Smoking outside, no pets
Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
