You will find every convenience and amenity at this outstanding bed and breakfast. There are two custom suites in this one story house in a nice residential area. The secluded garden area is equal to any resort and is beautifully lighted at night. It features an adobe fireplace, pool for seasonal swimming, large illuminated waterfall, barbecue, hammock, 2 Mexican fire pits, and colorful flowers everywhere you look. The oversized therapeutic spa seats 6 people and is constantly heated to 104 degrees. Designed for relaxation with many comfortable groupings of furniture, guests are encouraged to use this area for reading or conversation, and to invite their friends if they wish. The home is minutes from shopping, galleries, fine dining, and Old Town Scottsdale and is twenty-five minutes (13 miles) from Sky Harbor Airport.
Location: On Lincoln Dr. near Hayden Rd.
Amenities: Fresh flowers and a bowl of fruit welcome guests upon arrival. Both large, comfortable suites are air-conditioned. Each has a private entrance, sitting and dining area as well as walk-in closet, ceiling fans, bath with shower, hairdryer and pleasant and comfortable decor. In-suite amenities include a wet bar, refrigerator (stocked gratis), coffee maker, microwave, cable TV, VCR, high-speed Internet service, radio, and telephone with free local and long distance calling. An iron and ironing board are available. The deluxe "Zuni Suite", an oversized room with a king bed, is located poolside just a few steps from the hot tub. The "Hopi Suite" has a queen-size bed and is located in the front of the home with private access to the pool and garden area.

Breakfast: New, enlarged Continental plus breakfast menu for 2004! Breakfast is served in the garden or in the suites from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Specialties are served on the weekends.
Pets in home: Very friendly resident cat has no access to guest rooms
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Restrictions: Smoking in garden only, no pets, no children
Deposit and cancellation policies: Pre-payment of 50% of the total required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
