This
well-planned 550 square foot guest house is a luxury "home away
from home". It is in a prestigious residential area with tall
trees, where all of the houses have beautifully landscaped grounds.
Within walking distance to Hilton Village and the Borgata, it is a
short driving distance to upscale malls and the Arabian horse shows.
There are fine restaurants in the vicinity, and guests enjoy the short
walk to a canal where they go walking or jogging. Tennis and golf are
nearby. The friendly, helpful host couple live in a separate house on
the same acre. They have lived in Arizona a long time and are
enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the Southwest.
Location: Near Scottsdale Road and Lincoln Road
Amenities:
AC, heat controls. Everything is top quality
and is in perfect condition. The light, airy guest house has a private
entrance with French doors and the comfortable, contemporary decor
features beautiful original art work. The living room-bedroom has a
king bed, love seat, wing-back chair, private phone, cable TV/VCR,
closet. The shower has glass block walls. The full kitchen has a stove
with oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cabinets,
granite counter tops, a table and two chairs. Guests are welcome to
use the seasonal pool, or the very large relaxing area surrounding the
seasonal pool. Wi-Fi Internet access.
Host interests: Family, travel, sailing.
Rates: $200/night. Longer stays negotiable.
Breakfast: Two days’ breakfast
supplies are stocked for self-catering; after that, guests provide
their own.

Restrictions: No smoking on property, no pets, no children.
Deposit: Fifty percent is required at the time reservation is made. Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and
major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred. If staying one month, the remainder is due in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. For longer stays, a month's payment is due at the beginning of each additional month.
Cancellations:
If cancellation occurs 30 or more days prior to
arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a $25 service charge.
Within the 30-day period, the deposit minus $25 will be issued only if
we are able to re-rent the accommodations for the entire period of
your reservation.

Chemically sensitive:
Pesticides are rarely used, and then only outside. The
floor has travertine tile and there are window blinds, so it’s an
excellent place for guests with allergies.
