Bonita" (The Pretty House) is a two-story home is in a quiet area
with curving streets, tall trees and flowering bushes. The backyard
has many flowers, showing the love of gardening by the hostess. It is
within walking distance of Fashion Square, "The Waterfront
District", Nordstroms, many art galleries, 5th Avenue
shops, fine dining, movie theatres, a park and the baseball stadium.

AC. Everything is top
quality and is in perfect condition. The decor features original art
work and arts and crafts from Mexico and Guatamala. Near the front
door, the guests go up seven stairs to the private suite on the second
floor. The bedroom has twin beds with handwoven Guatamalan bedspreads,
a closet and a small balcony. The large bath room has a tub, shower
and toilet. The comfortable, spacious sitting room has a sofa, cable
TV and phone with free long-distance national calls. Guests are
welcome to use the patio and the seasonal community pool.

Deposit:
Fifty percent is
required at the time reservation is made. Mi Casa Su Casa accepts
personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may
be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this
method of deposit is preferred. If staying one month, the remainder is
due in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. For longer stays, a
month's payment is due at the beginning of each additional month.
Cancellations:
If cancellation occurs 30 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit
will be refunded minus a $25 service charge. Within the 30-day period,
the deposit minus $25 will be issued only if we are able to re-rent
the accommodations for the entire period of your reservation.
