This charming suite is located a short walk from the "Greenbelt" in a quiet neighborhood in north central Scottsdale where guests enjoy privacy and comfortable surroundings. A large, heated pool and hot tub are nearby. A wide variety of dining, shopping, cultural and recreational experiences are within a few minutes. Close proximity to the 101 Freeway provides quick access for travel to all parts of the Valley of the Sun, as well as out of town excursions. Old Town Scottsdale, 5th Avenue Shops, numerous art galleries, the Museum for Contemporary Art, and Scottsdale Fashion Square mall are within 5 minutes. Golf, walking, biking, tennis, picnicking and bird watching are some of the recreational opportunities on the "Greenbelt". Sky Harbor International Airport, the Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Gardens are a convenient 15 minutes away, as is Camelback Mountain and Squaw Peak Mountain for hiking. The baseball spring training facilities for the Giants, Cubs, Athletics and Angels are all nearby, as is Scottsdale Healthcare-Osborn Hospital.

Amenities: The small, tastefully decorated suite has a private entrance leading into a private atrium with sky lights, flagstone floor, bistro table and chairs, a rubber tree and other green & flowering plants. There is a sliding glass door to the bedroom furnished with a queen bed, television with local stations, small refrigerator and microwave, AC and ceiling fan, desk/dressing table, a glider rocker, interesting books and magazines.
The room features a large southwestern scenery mural framed with shutters. The private bath has tub & shower.
Host interests: Reading, dancing, hiking, cooking, sports, and meeting people.
Rates: $110. Add $10 for one night stay.
Breakfast: Delicious breakfasts are served at 8:30 A.M. each morning. Your host couple is delighted to prepare a variety of breakfast specialties including apple pancakes, overnight yeast waffles, garden omelets as well as gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free specialties if desired.

Restrictions: The B & B is a smoke free environment. There are no facilities for children or pets.
Deposit and cancellation policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
