Art District. Walk out the door to the Thursday night gallery art walk
and restaurants on every corner. "Molly the Trolley" will
deliver you to Old Town, Nordstrom or the Camelback Mall featuring
over 500 shops. It is six blocks from Scottsdale Memorial Hospital.

Amenities:
The first floor condo with a private patio overlooks the heated,
palm-lined pool and BBQ. The designer-owned 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit
comes completely appointed with two TVs, VCR, fax, and stereo for all
the comforts of home. The bedrooms feature a king and a queen down
covered beds. In the bath with tub and shower you will find fluffy
towels and everything else you need. The gourmet-equipped kitchen is a
chefs delight and the washer and dryer makes your stay a breeze.
Rates:
Monthly rates: January through April $3,050. May through
August $950. September through December $1,550. Plus one-time cleaning
of $135.
*A
utility charge between $35-$50 to be added for monthly rental,
depending on what month.
Weekly
rates,
(minimum 7 nights): January through March
$750. April $650. May through August negotiable. September, October
$500. November, December $600. Calculate any nights over 7 @ $100 per
night. Weekly rates plus one-time cleaning of $60.
Daily
rates: $150 per
night.
