fully equipped un-hosted condo is located in downtown Scottsdale in
the famed Art District. Walk out the door to the Thursday night
gallery art walk and restaurants on every corner. "Molly the
Trolley" will deliver you to Old Town, Nordstrom or the Camelback
Mall featuring over 500 shops. It is six blocks from Scottsdale
Memorial Hospital.

Amenities:
The first floor condo with a private patio overlooks the palm-lined,
heated pool and BBQ. The designer-owned 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit comes
completely appointed with two TVs, VCR, fax, and stereo for all the
comforts of home. The bedrooms feature a king and a queen down covered
beds. In the bath with tub and shower you will find fluffy towels and
everything else you need. The gourmet-equipped kitchen is a chef’s
delight and the washer and dryer makes your stay a "home away
from home".
Rates:
May 1 through August 31. $50/night, 3 night minimum, plus utility fees
and $150 cleaning fee.
September
1 through April 30. $100/night, 3 night minimum, plus $150 cleaning
fee. (Utilities included in $100/night rate.)

Breakfast as well as other meals can be arranged at additional fee.

Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: Deposit
of 50% upon reservation. The balance of 50% is due upon arrival. The
balance may be paid in cash, travelers checks or by major credit cards
upon arrival. Deposit
is non-refundable.

MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Reservations may be held with a
credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of
deposit is preferred.
