Enthusiastic
hostess welcomes guests to a private guest suite with private
entrance. It is attached but separate from the main house. Everything
is appealing from the spacious suite to the cactus garden and oasis in
the back yard to the peaceful patio with fountain, fireplace. Close to
public pool, public golf, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Tempe, Phoenix
Zoo and the Desert Botanical Gardens, Sky Harbor Airport. Three blocks
from walking and jogging path along the canal. Less time for
commuting, more time for fun!

Amenities:
Separate heat/AC. The guest suite has a comfortable large sofa and
occasional chairs, bay window, East Indian carved screens, plush
carpeting, brass and glass tables, cable TV, queen bed, Mexican tile bath with shower. The
kitchenette has white cabinets, a refrigerator, microwave, and
stainless steel sinks, and there is a drop-leaf dining table with two
captain's chairs.

Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment
in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2
nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to
the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the
reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.

Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit
cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending
receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more
days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25
service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special
events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received
30 days prior to arrival date.
