On
the edge of Prescott, eight minutes from downtown, a friendly host
couple welcome you to their B&B in a quiet setting with views of
Thumb Butte and mountain ranges. The main house with two guest rooms
and the separate guest cottage were built on a knoll on one and a half
acres of pine trees and rock outcroppings.
Guests enjoy relaxing on the two decks, or large wrap-around porch
which has two swings and patio tables with views of the Victorian
garden courtyard or the trees. There is a beautiful waterfall coming
down into the courtyard.

On Iron Springs Road near Williamson Valley Road.
Amenities: AC. The two guest rooms
have been decorated with vintage charm reminiscent of Victorian times.
The
'Primrose Room' ($119) was the large original master bedroom. It has a
king size bed, antique desk, dressing table, sitting area and bath
with shower en suite.
The
'Vintage Rose', a medium sized room with a queen size bed ($109) has
an antique rocker and bath with tub and shower en suite.
The
large ‘Cottage’ ($139) is situated
between two mountains of boulders. It .has
a king size bed, fireplace, double recliners, end tables, TV, shower
bath, fully furnished kitchen and a lot
of windows overlooking an acre of pines, oaks and granite boulders.
The room is 'visually' divided by the fireplace, with the small
'living room' at one end by the kitchen, and the bed at the other end,
both areas being able to view the fireplace. It also has bar stools by
the kitchen counter that can double as a desk. There is .a full size
porch with a table and chairs. Coffee and creamer is provided. This
will not automatically come with breakfast, but if guests would like
breakfast in the main house, it will be $20 extra.

Rates: $109-$159.
Breakfast: Guests have given the hostess excellent
evaluations about the delicious full breakfasts she has served.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one
night's stay, or 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more
required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in
cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is
confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit
cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending
receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or
more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a
$25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special
events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received
30 days prior to arrival date.
