Built in 1917, this unique two-story landmark listed on the
National Register of Historic Places is a quaint boutique hotel, which
provides the warmth and comfort associated with a B&B. Charmingly restored
and romantically enhanced to its original grandeur, the authentic western atmosphere draws
people from all over the world, including many celebrities. Oak furnishings, period
wallpaper, original woodworking, and brass ceiling fans recreate old-world charm. In the
heart of Prescott, you are walking distance from Whiskey Row, Courthouse Plaza, and shops
and nearby to hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding and much more. Sip our finest
wines served at the cherry wood bar in the warm lobby or lounge on the verandas.
Location: Near Gurley St. and Cortez
Amenities: Sixteen newly decorated guestrooms and 4 two-room suites each offer TV,
phone, individual heating and AC controls, and queen, king, or 2 twin beds. Each room has
beautiful handmade quilts and private ceramic tiled bath with claw foot or garden tub,
each with its own shelf to hold a chilled carafe of whatever you choose. One suite has 2
adjoining rooms, ideal if traveling with family or friends.
Rates: Guestrooms S/D $79 Sun.-Thurs., $119 Fri. and Sat. Two room suite
(up to 4 persons) $119 Sun.-Thurs., Fri.- and Sat. $159. Plus tax. Additional adult $10 extra.
Price on special events or holidays may be higher. Group rates, romance
and special packages, and gift certificates available.
Breakfast: Continental, can be customized for special needs
Maximum number of guests: 45
Minimum stay: During Summer, Sat. nights require 2 night minimum. All other times,
1 night minimum stay.
Restrictions: Children very welcome, no pets. Smoking on outdoor
verandas only.
Deposit: Credit cards or advanced payments required to guarantee reservations.
Cancellation Policies: 48 hrs. prior to scheduled check in time, local hotel time
to avoid the cost of your reservation being charged to your credit
card. Some holidays, special events and group bookings may
require more advance notice. All cancellations are subject
to a $25 service fee.

Check out: 11 AM
Meeting facilities: Families, church groups, bridal parties and
business associates have been known to rent the entire hotel for
reunions, retreats, meetings and private gatherings. Hosts can
assist with caterers, florists and other local establishments.
