In Arizona's largest Victorian neighborhood, this host couple welcome you to
their 1883 home, on the National Historic Registry, with Victorian antiques, paintings and
porcelain dolls. Enjoy relaxing on the front porch and observing the friendly
surroundings, white picket fence, rose gardens, and tree-lined streets. A short stroll
takes you to the town square, the courthouse, museums, galleries, restaurants, shopping
and antiquing, all within three short blocks.
Location: Near Gurley and Pleasant Street
Amenities: AC. All guest rooms on the second floor are approached by a graceful
curving staircase. The "English Rose" room ($99) has a king size bed, an antique
wicker rocking chair, private bath with shower. The "Primrose" room ($99) is
decorated with a vintage lace and rose design, has a king bed, and a pull-out for two
additional sleepers, (third and fourth persons $20. each), bay sitting window, and private
bath with shower. The "Hunter Rose" room ($89) is decorated in hunter green and
rose decor with a cherry wood queen bed, Victorian accessories and private bath with
shower. The cheery "Rose Garden" room ($89) has a queen bed, antiques and
private bath with claw foot tub. Guests are welcome to use the cable TV in the parlor, or
to enjoy games, movies, books and puzzles. Complimentary refreshments. The "Carriage
House" with one B&B apartment. It has a private entrance, small living room with
a love seat, TV, dining table and chairs, a small bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, small
closet, and bath with shower/tub. The fully furnished kitchen has a range with oven, full
size refrigerator. Apartment guests are welcome in the parlor. The apartment rates include
the full breakfast.
Host couple interests: Doll making, antiquing, interior decorating, camping,
traveling, flying,
refurbishing old houses.
Rates: Rooms: $89-99. Third and fourth persons $20. each. Rates higher on holidays
and during special events. Apartment: $109-$129. Plus tax.

Restrictions: No smoking, no pets, children 8+.

Special Events: Maximum seating 20. Available for weddings under 100 guests, small
seminars.
Check in: 3-6 PM. The hosts can be flexible with the check in time, but it is very
important that they have a specific arrival time arranged and that guests contact them if
there are any changes.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
