In the heart of the
White Mountains is this log sided cabin nestled among pines and evergreens, and
backed by a meadow. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, there are few houses in the immediate
neighborhood. Open land and quiet streets provide good walking areas, and there are many
lakes and hiking trails within a 50-mile radius. Minutes away are shopping, a movie
theater, hiking and golfing. During the winter, the wonderful snow provides for great
skiing in the area.
Location: Near Homestead Road and South Lake Road
Amenities: The 1800 square foot pine- floored cabin has unique decor with
Cowboy and Native American artifacts, original paintings, old books for your reading
pleasure, ceiling fans, and skylights. One bedroom has a king bed, the
other has a queen, and there
are two bathrooms, one with claw foot tub and shower and the other with garden tub with
jets. The great room with vaulted ceilings has satellite TV, telephone, a music system,
and a see-through gas fireplace to the fully equipped kitchen. There is a dining room and
a utility room with full size washer and dryer. Owner supplies some toilet paper, paper
towels, cleaning supplies, dish soap and bath soaps for about four day's use.

Rates: $185 weekdays, $220 weekends and holidays, $900/week, $2400/month

Minimum stay: One night
Restrictions: Smoking outside only, children 12+ welcome. Small to medium-sized pet allowed with $50 deposit, $10 of which is non-refundable. If the property is left in good condition upon departure, $40 of the pet deposit will be refunded.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.

Handicapped possible: Although there are 3 steps up to each entrance, the remainder
of the facility is one level.
Airport pick-up available: Owner will pick-up at the Show Low airport. Guests will
need auto for other
transportation.
