This 900-square-foot
red log-sided cabin, quaint and tidy, sits among the pines in a quiet residential area in
the heart if Lakeside. Built in 1960, it retains the charm originally built into it, with
the "real old pine" walls and flooring throughout. The large fenced corner lot
is shaded by many tall pines and is easily accessible year round. Just across the road is
Billy Creek, and only minutes by car is national forest land providing maintained hiking
trails. Within minutes are shopping, movie theater, hiking and golf.
Location: Near Moonridge Dr. and Billy Creek Dr.
Amenities: There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two twins.
The sleeping porch can easily accommodate the available folding bed. A fully equipped
kitchen contains everything needed to whip up tasty meals to be enjoyed in the eating
area, in the enclosed sun porch or outside by the fire pit. A wood-burning fireplace in
the living room provides ample heat for the entire house. Cable television and a CD player
are available. To maintain a true "cabin in the woods" appeal, there is no
telephone, washer or dryer. The large lot is completely fenced, and pets are welcome with
owner approval.

Rates: $95 weekdays, $120 weekends and holidays, $600/week, $1800/month.

Minimum stay: One night
Restrictions: All children are welcomed, smoking outside only. Small to medium-sized pet allowed with $50 deposit, $10 of which is non-refundable. If the property is left in good condition upon departure, $40 of the pet deposit will be refunded.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and
major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.

Handicapped possible: 2 steps at each entrance, all rooms on ground floor.
