The house has white tile and light beige carpet and is nicely
furnished. It is two blocks from Paradise Valley Mall, 20 minutes from
Sky Harbor Airport, and 20-40 minutes from Scottsdale Fashion Square,
Scottsdale Community College, Chase Field, University of Phoenix
Stadium and other points of interest in The Valley of the Sun. The
friendly and helpful hostess is a former realtor.
Location:
Near Cactus and 44th Street, #51 and #101 Freeways.
Amenities:
AC. Guests will enjoy the privacy of the guest room. The luxuriously
furnished room has a French door which opens to a brick patio with
roses, a large backyard with young fruit trees and a hummingbird bath.
There is a very comfortable pillow top queen bed, chest of drawers,
closet and TV. There are two upholstered chairs with a reading light.
The private bath is adjacent to the guest bedroom and has a tub and
shower. There are kitchen and laundry privileges.

Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment
in full for one night's stay,

balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival.
At the time

reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.

cards.
Reservations
may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check,
if
this method of deposit is preferred.
For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more
days
prior
to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service
charge. For
stays
during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week
or
more,
cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date. |
