In one of the most exotic, romantic communities in Phoenix, short streets and curving walkways lead to small groups of red-tiled Spanish style condos nestled around courtyards. This is a quiet, charming oasis. There are over 100 tall trees in the date palm grove which was established in 1910. Guests are welcome to use the community unheated swimming pool and heated spa. 10 or 15 minutes from the airport, Scottsdale or central Phoenix. Near fine restaurants, shopping, golf, mountain hiking trails, famous resorts. Guests enjoy going out of the back door to go walking along the canal. Within sight of the famous Phoenix landmark, Camelback Mountain. There is a private phone and high speed internet.

Location: Near Camelback Road and 44th Street.

Amenities: AC, heat thermostat. This well-planned 1,000 square foot condo is an up-scale "home away from home". Everything is top quality and is in perfect condition. The light, airy condo has a comfortable, contemporary decor with white floors, Oriental rugs and features original art work and a collection of antique mirrors.

The living room has a large sofa, easy chair, Direct TV, gas fireplace. The bedroom has a queen bed, Direct TV, massage lounge leather chair, chest of drawers, ample closet space and is five steps down from the living room. There is a loft with a full-size bed.

The bath is newly remodeled and has a sleek appearance with new sink, toilet and soaking tub with a hand-held shower. There is a window with a view of Camelback Mountain.

The newly decorated full kitchen is furnished with a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven, cabinets, dishes, cooking utensils, double sinks, granite counter tops with a bar and stools as well as a bistro set. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Rates: $150/night. Monthly rates available. 

Breakfast: Three days’ breakfast supplies are stocked for self-catering; then guests provide their own.

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Restrictions: Smoking outside only, no children. Small dog negotiable.

Deposit: Fifty percent is required at the time reservation is made. Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred. If staying one month, the remainder is due in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. For longer stays, a month's payment is due at the beginning of each additional month.

Cancellations: If cancellation occurs 30 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a $25 service charge. Within the 30-day period, the deposit minus $25 will be issued only if we are able to re-rent the accommodations for the entire period of your reservation.

Check-in and Check-out: To be arranged with host.

Chemically sensitive: Pesticides are never used. The floor has tile so it’s an excellent place for guests with allergies.
