This 1948 home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with tall trees and spacious lawns five to fifteen minutes from the airport, zoo and botanical gardens. It is a short drive to a large, upscale shopping mall and the art galleries in the heart of Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, and Arizona State University in Tempe.
The hosts previously enjoyed owning a large, busy B&B inn in Michigan, and are looking forward to sharing this redesigned historic home with B&B guests. The eclectic decor includes comfortable traditional and contemporary furniture.
Guests are welcome to relax in the living room, the patio or in the large side yard.
Location: Near Thomas and 44th Street
Amenities: There are two very private accommodations. Each has a private entrance to the romantically lit pool with a waterfall. The pool is surrounded by flowers, and is solar heated, extending the swimming season to six months.
The moderate sized European Mediterranean Room has a queen bed, armoire, sitting area, TV, private full bath and French doors going out to the pool.
The large South West Suite has a bedroom with a double bed, contemporary furniture, private bath with a
large corner shower, sitting area and TV. Suite guests can park in the extra large car port, go through the garden gate to the Suite entrance which also serves as an exit to the pool. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. It would be very comfortable for a relocating executive.
Host interests: Hosting, gourmet cooking, homemade breads, jams and jellies.
Rates: Guest room $95, Suite $125. Long-term rates
negotiable.
Breakfast: Gourmet, offering tempting recipes, seasonal fruits, homemade nut breads, jams and jellies. Will cater to special diets.

Maximum number of guests: 4
Minimum stay: Three nights minimum preferred.
Restrictions: Smoking outside only. No pets. No children.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major
credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
