Scottish hostess in consideration of these difficult financial times
has chosen to present a lower tariff on the rates for Ashton House.
She offers a suite of rooms on the second floor of her lovely town
home in a peaceful and quiet setting. It borders on a beautiful golf
course, with far away mountains in the background. Nearby (across the
street) there is a heated swimming pool, hot tub and tennis courts. It
offers easy access to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and Sky Harbor
Airport. It is one mile from Paradise Valley Mall with restaurants,
movies and shopping.

AC. The large bedroom has a king or twin beds, well-appointed bathroom
with tub/shower and doors to the bedroom or the sitting room, walk in
closet, sun deck, refrigerator. The bedroom has cable TV. There is a
private sitting room with a trundle bed (twin beds), a chest of
drawers and a walk in closet. Kitchen and laundry room privileges are
offered. There is a phone for local calling and garage parking is
available.

$100/night one person. $125/night two persons. For third and fourth
persons, $20/night each person. Monthly $1,400/one person. Monthly
$1,500/two persons. Monthly rates are self-catering. Monthly/third and

Full traditional breakfast/daily rates. Continental breakfast/weekly
rates. Self-catering monthly rates. Special dietary needs may be
accommodated.

Restrictions:
Smoking outside, children 7+ who can swim are welcome. Small to medium
sized pets allowed with prior approval.
Deposit
and Cancellation Policies:
Short term stays, pre-payment of 50% is required at time of
reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers
checks upon arrival. Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business
checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit
card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is
preferred.
For
long-term stays, each month’s rent is due in advance to the host at
the beginning of that month.
For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more
days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25
service charge. Check in: 4-6 p.m. or as otherwise arranged
