This
exceptionally beautiful older adobe home and guest house have
outstanding views of Camelback Mountain. Twenty minutes from the Sky
Harbor Airport, ten minutes from downtown Phoenix or downtown
Scottsdale. Near fine dining and shopping.

Amenities:
AC. The large luxury guest house includes two accommodations – an
apartment, "Camelback Apartment", and a guest room, each
with private entrances. (Just the apartment is available, as the guest
room is presently taken long term.) The guest house also has an
exercise room which guests are welcome to use.
The
850-square foot apartment, "Camelback", is newly
re-decorated and has contemporary and southwestern décor, internet
and wi-fi. The living room has a fireplace, large cable TV, and
comfortable queen hideabed, The bedroom has a king bed with plush
linens and there is a full bath. It has a private patio.
The
kitchen is "larger than the kitchen in the main house". It
has "lots of counter space and cabinets", a double sink, 4
burner stove, wall oven, microwave, full size refrigerator,
dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery.
Laundry
facilities are available. Guests have full use of the outside property
including the barbeque grill and outside fireplace. The pool is for
seasonal swimming.

Rates:
"Camelback" Apartment $175. $25/night per extra person in
apartment. Weekly and monthly rates - without breakfast - are
available.

Continental Plus. Breakfast is served in the main house or by the

(fenced yard available)

Deposits:
Pre-payment of one night, or of 50% on stays of three days or longer,
is required at time the reservation is made. The balance is due to the
host upon arrival. Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business
checks as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards.
Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of
a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
Cancellations:
For a refund of the deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14
or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a
$25 service charge. The deposit less the service charge will be
refunded only if we are able to re-rent the accommodation for the
entire time reserved.
