On a mountainside overlooking Phoenix, this stunning home was designed to take
advantage of the beautiful views. The switchback flagstone stairs with the help of a good
railing take you up to the spacious house perched on the side of a mountain. Contemporary,
comfortable furnishings blend well with interesting small collections from the hostess'
world travels. Arrangements for catered dinners, breakfasts or special occasions can be
arranged.
Location: Near Central and Mountainview
Amenities: AC. Luxurious suite has queen bed, fireplace, TV, large bath with double
whirlpool tub, separate shower, wonderful view.

Rates: Two or more nights $150/night. $175 for one night stay,

Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major
credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
