On
an acre of flowering shrubs, palm, citrus and pomegranate trees and
lawns, the main house was built in 1924 and the guest accommodation,
which is separate from the main house was built in the 1950's. The
newly redecorated second-story "cottage" has 14 exterior
stairs, a porch and has one view overlooking the lawn and citrus
trees, another overlooking the pool area. It is 15 minutes to Sky
Harbor Airport, and 10 minutes to the Arizona Center, Heard Museum,
St. Joseph's Hospital. Two blocks from Central Ave. (nice for
walking).

Near Bethany Home Road and Central Avenue.
Amenities:
AC. The living room is decorated in a tropical manner with white
wicker, blues and whites. It is 16’ x 11' and has hardwood floors
with straw matting and a private phone with internet capacity.
Curtained French doors separate the large (19 x 13') bedroom with a
queen and a double bed, TV, connecting bath has clawfoot tub and
shower. The separate kitchen (12 x 8') has a table and chairs, full
size refrigerator, microwave, large toaster oven, electric plate.
There is a fenced pool for seasonal swimming. Fax and laundry
facilities are available for extra charge.

thoroughbred horses, fly fishing, hunting, travel.
Rates:
Two persons $125. Any booking over two nights, the rate will be
$120.
Any booking over six nights, the rate will be $100 per night. Add $10
per day per additional person.

Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment
in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2
nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to
the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the
reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.

Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit
cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending
receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more
days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25
service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special
events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received
30 days prior to arrival date.
