friendly host couple welcome you to their attractive one story
historic home in one of the prettiest historic areas in central
Phoenix. Each home was built starting about 1917. Many of the houses
are owned by business and professional people who enjoy being close to
their offices. The couple enjoys landscaping and have a handsome
gazebo in their back yard and beautiful flowers and shrubs.

Near Windsor and Third
Avenue.

The host couple offer one guest room with a queen bed and a
private hall shower bath.

Bowl rates $250. 3 night minimum.

Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment
in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2
nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to
the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the
reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi
Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit
cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending
receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more
days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25
service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special
events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received
30 days prior to arrival date.
