On an acre of beautifully landscaped grounds in a well kept neighborhood, this inn includes three buildings with a total of seven spacious suites. The main building is a Spanish styled manor house built in 1928 at what was then the edge of Phoenix. Today, it is a few minutes from the region's finest shops and restaurants, downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe and fifteen minutes to Sky Harbor Airport. An enclosed acre offers a
sun-heated pool with waterfalls, a gazebo-hot tub, patios with fountains, ramadas, and flowering gardens.

Amenities: AC. Guests are welcome in the spacious gathering room with outside deck or the formal living, dining, and music rooms. The seven deluxe suites are spacious, comfortable and imaginatively decorated with traditional and antique touches. All king suites have private bathrooms, cable TV, private phone, a small refrigerator and microwave.
In the main house, "The Library Suite" ($109-199) has a private entrance into the living room, old-style iron king bed, bath with shower, book-filled library, French doors opening onto the deck with views of the garden, pool and fountains.
"The Victorian Suite ($99-139) also has French doors opening onto the deck. Done in satins, lace and authentic Victorian antiques, it has sitting room, desk and breakfast area.

In Guest House 'A', "The Manor Suite" ($129-224) has mission arts and crafts decor, Oriental rugs, bedroom with a king bed, a fireplace between the living room and bedroom, a large living room with a desk, a dining area, and the bath has a whirlpool tub for two and shower.
"The Palo Verde Suite"
($119-219) has a king bed, spacious sitting area, and sunny dining
porch. A second bedroom has a trundle bed.
The
"Pasadena Suite" ($129-224) has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with 2 twins, and a shower bath. It has a living room and a large kitchen with a full size refrigerator.
In Guest House 'B', "Reflections Past" ($129-224) is decorated with antique mirrors, has a bedroom with a king bed, bath with double whirlpool tub and shower, and a large living room with fireplace. A twin bed is available for a third person.
"The Siesta Suite"
($119-219) has a Mexican flavor with a large living room-bedroom. It has a king bed has a handsome Mexican wrought iron headboard, a twin size day bed, fireplace, bath with shower and whirlpool tub, kitchenette and breakfast area.
Rates: Rates are seasonal, inquire about specific dates. Plus tax. Extra person in select suites $25. Single occupancy deduct $10. Roll away available. Weekly rate, deduct 10%. Special discounts for business travelers.

Cancellation Policy: A fee of $25 will be charged if cancellation. If cancellation occurs with 14 or fewer days notice, a one-night fee will be charged to the credit card.
