City West, the Challenger Space Center in Peoria, baseball, Spring
training complexes in Surprise, the new Phoenix Coyotes hockey arena,

The stucco home with Southwest décor has a tile roof and desert
landscaping with a relaxing patio. The attractive guest room has a
queen bed; there is a private bath with shower in the hall. The office
is occasionally available for a third person who would share the hall
bath. Kitchen and laundry privileges. Guests are welcome to use the
community pool and recreation hall which has
an
exercise room, card tables, a library, etc. at no additional charge.

Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment
in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2
nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to
the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card
if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is confirmed, we
charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.

cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending
receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more
days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25
service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special
events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received
30 days prior to arrival date.
