on 26 acres in a quiet country setting adjacent to the Patagonia
Nature Conservancy/Native Seed Search fields. This property was once a
small sheep ranch named "Bird Land Ranch". Wildlife and a
variety of birds are drawn to the cool shade and seasonal creek on the
property. In the midst of ancient pine trees, the cottages and studio
are serene and remote, and yet within easy walking distance of town.
At 4,000 feet in elevation, the town is surrounded by the Coronado
National Forest and boasts a mild climate, spectacular birding, and
endless hiking and mountain biking trails. Patagonia Lake is 8 miles
away with fishing, boating and water skiing, and it is 12 miles to the
Sonoita Elgin Wine Country.
Rates:
$110 night double occupancy, add $20 night for each
additional guest. Weekly $660. Monthly $2550. Rates include
housekeeping once a week. Plus tax. Lower rates in low season.

Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment
in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2
nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to
the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the
reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi
Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit
cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending
receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more
days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25
service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special
events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received
30 days prior to arrival date.

"The
Butterfly Cottage"
is about 600 square feet and has air conditioning for summer and wood
stove/electric heaters for winter. There is one bedroom with a queen
bed, and small living room with a twin bed in the sleeping/reading
niche area. The bathroom has a tub and shower and is entered through
the queen bedroom. The full kitchen has an apartment-size stove with 4
burners and oven, medium-size refrigerator with freezer compartment,
microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is a TV and a DVD player.
Guests enjoy relaxing on the open front patio. A gas barbecue is
available upon request. There is a phone shared with "The
Dragonfly Cottage".

Dragonfly Cottage"
is about 800 square feet. There are two small bedrooms, one with a
queen bed, the other with a double bed. In the living room, there is a
double sofa bed and on the screened porch, there is a queen futon sofa
bed. The hall bath has a tiled shower. The full kitchen has a small
electric stove with 4 burners and oven, microwave, medium size
refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. The living room has a dining
area and a wood stove for cozy fires on cool evenings. There are
electric heaters, an air-conditioner and satellite TV. There is a
phone shared with "The Butterfly Cottage". Guests
enjoy relaxing on the large screened porch or the outside patio area.
Gas barbecue available upon request.

Apartment-Studio" This
is one large room about 420 square feet with private tub/shower bath
and a private entrance from the main house garden patio. There is a
king bed and a corner kitchen with sink, hot plate, toaster oven,
microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and satellite TV. Guests
may enjoy a cozy reading chair,
sunning in the garden/patio with a beautiful view of Red Mountain and
an occasional visit at the garden wall from a llama or burro or two.
Rates:

Refrigerator is stocked with fruit and muffins for the first morning,
