Guests
are welcomed and catered to at this B&B which is located in a
quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of shopping,
post office and downtown Page. It is six miles from Lake Powell and
minutes from the Lake Powell National Golf Course, Antelope Canyon,
The Overlook or Water Holes Canyon. Within an hour’s drive are the
Paria Wilderness area, Lees Ferry and Marble Canyon. Within two hours’
drive are the North and South Rims of the Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce
National Parks, Monument Valley and Kodachrome Basin.
Exploring
Lake Powell requires a great deal of energy, so they send you on your
way after a scrumptious breakfast served at your convenience from 6
a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
After
your day on the Lake, why not stop and pick up some steaks to grill on
the outdoor patio while enjoying a dip in the pool?
Guests
are free to enjoy the pool (available for swimming as weather permits,
usually from May 15 to October 15) and patio area, which includes a
gas grill for cookouts. Later, on most nights, stargazers can enjoy
the Milky Way. Meteor showers are abundant in April, August and
October.
Refreshments
might include salsa, chips and iced tea during warm weather or hot
chocolate or coffee and cookies during cooler months.

Amenities:
AC. The two air conditioned guest rooms each offer a queen bed,
private bath, a TV, VCRs, an apartment-size refrigerator. An extensive
video library is available with several commercial videos about Lake
Powell and the southwest canyon areas. Both rooms have fireplaces.
Paisley
Room: A king bed
with bath is stocked with plenty of soft towels. The Paisley Room
features a stand alone sink outside the private bath. Maximum number
of guests in this room is two.
Sunflower
Room: Bright and
cheerful best describe this room with a queen bed and twin bed plus a
cozy wood-burning stove for our winter guests. Three guests can be
accommodated in the Sunflower Room. There is a private bath with
whirlpool spa.
Phones,
a fax and Internet service are available. The hostess will be happy to
help guests book canyon and lake tours. For extended-stay guests, they
may arrange laundry service at a nominal fee (subject to
availability).

Children welcome, smoking permitted on patio only, pets welcome with
advance notice.
Deposit
and Cancellation Policies:
Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for
stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance
is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by
credit card if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is
confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi
Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit
cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending
receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
Cancellation:
Confirmed reservations
must be cancelled by 4 p.m. seven days prior to the check-in date to
avoid being charged.
Check
in: 4-6 p.m. or as
otherwise pre-arranged. Although they can usually accommodate slightly
LATE arrivals, they generally are unable to accommodate EARLY
arrivals. If there are extenuating or extraordinary circumstances,
please discuss your need for early or late check in with them at time
of booking or at least one week prior to your arrival date. We
appreciate your adherence to and understanding of their check in /
check out policy.
