use the living room, the screened-in patio and
the back yard where there are three large shade trees.

her house, it is a short distance to anywhere in the East Valley. It
is convenient for parents
visiting students at A.S.U., as it is 15-20 minutes to Arizona State
University and Tempe,. It is 2 minutes to the Freeway 202, 8 minutes
to the Freeway 101, 15
minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, 6 minutes to Banner Samaritan Hospital,
5 minutes to the Mormon Temple, 15 minutes to Scottsdale, 10 minutes
to the Spring Training baseball
stadium.
