This historic inn continues to pamper the discriminating guest with the legendary hospitality of Jerome - Arizona's most famous copper ghost town. Just a few steps away are art galleries, clothing and jewelry boutiques. Originally built in 1898, the lovingly restored inn offers a special blend of old west meets new west in their six cozy Victorian and early American rooms. The area brims with attractions including National Parks, Historic museums, Native American ruins, Sedona, horseback riding, fishing, hiking, and much more. Location: Entrance to historic commercial district.
Amenities: AC. There are 2 common areas with phone and fax, dining room, outside courtyard and 8-person hot tub. Every room has TV, ceiling fan and private entrance. Most have breathtaking veranda views of the Verde Valley and the terraced red rocks of Sedona.
The "Miner's Suite" ($135) on the 1st floor is done in earth tones and hardwood floors with period décor and antiques. It has a sitting room, queen iron bed, private shower bath and VCR.
"Cleopatra Hill" ($110) on the 1st floor has period decor, a queen brass bed, private shower bath, VCR, and blue and white south-facing stained glass window.
The "Western Room" ($100) on the 2nd floor is spacious with original pine floors, south and east-facing windows, hand-made queen bed, private shower bath and western memorabilia.
"Northern Exposure" ($100) on the 2nd floor has a country cabin theme with outdoor and fishing memorabilia and peeled-pine queen 4-poster bed. It shares a bath with tub and shower with the Verde View Room.
"Verde View" ($100) on the 2nd floor is spacious with antique queen brass bed, matching décor, VCR and unusually breathtaking views. Shares a bath with the Northern Exposure Room.
The "Americana Room" ($90) on the 2nd floor is a romantic hideaway with an antique brass double bed, Americana decor and private shower bath. It has private access to the second level courtyard and hot tub.
Tea and refreshments are served 4-5 PM.
Rates: Plus Tax. Inquire about Harley-Davidson motorcycle packages.
Breakfast: Full served at 8 AM. Special diets can be accommodated with advance notice.
Maximum number of guests: 12
Restrictions: No smoking except on decks, no pets, children 10+
Deposit/cancellation policy: Deposit of 50% of lodging cost within 1 week of making reservation, a minimum of 1 nights rate. Deposit will be refunded provided we receive at least 1 week notice before your arrival date and are able to re-rent your room for the same period. All cancellations subject to 15% handling charge. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
