Available for stays ranging from one week to several months, this fully furnished 1750-square-foot home in an upscale neighborhood sits just off the tenth hole of a golf course. The beautiful yards feature waterfall fountains and lovely views of the Santa Rita Mountains. With easy and convenient freeway access to Tucson, it is only 30 miles from the Tucson airport. Guests have access to the thirteen Green Valley Recreation Centers at a small fee. The centers offer sports courts, meeting facilities and standard to Olympic-size swimming pools. There is a golf course just outside the door, and it is a favorite area of birders.
Location: Approx. 3 miles from Hwy. 19 near Camino del Sol and Calle Tres
Amenities: With high angled ceilings and tile floors, the home has 2 bedrooms, each with king bed, TV and bath with shower. There is also a third "one-half" bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, phone for local calls, stereo system and 50" cable TV with VCR/DVD player. The covered patio has magnificent views of the mountains, the dining room has views of the golf course, and the screened in Arizona Room looks out over the golf course and water feature. There is a 2-car garage for parking.
Rates: Weekly $2400, monthly $4500, $3200/month for stays of 3 months or longer.

Minimum stay: One week
Restrictions: Smoking outside only, children possible. Pets negotiable with deposit.
Deposit: Pre-payment of or of fifty percent is required at the time reservation is made. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations: If cancellation occurs 45 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit minus twenty five percent (25%) will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less that 45 days prior to arrival date.
