Built in 1974, this two-story Spanish Hacienda and guest house is on a large
piece of property in the country. The courtyard is landscaped and outer areas are desert
and fruit orchard with pomegranate, citrus, fig and pear trees. It is two miles to a golf
course and the 18,000 acre Estrella Park with hiking and climbing. Stables are on adjacent
property for horseback riding, and there is an in-ground diving pool in the courtyard.
There is excellent birding in the area, and seven golf courses are within 12 miles. 35
minutes to Sky Harbor Airport by freeway.
Location: Near Indian Springs Rd. and 133rd Ave.
Amenities: All rooms have TV/VCR, fridge, and private bath with shower.
The Frontier Room ($95) has a queen bed, fan, electric heat, and window AC.
The Homestead Room ($95) has one queen and one extra-long twin bed, fan, and electric heat.
La Casita ($120) is a two-room cottage and sleeps up to
four with a queen bed, twin size trundle beds, central heat and air. Fully equipped
kitchen has dinette table with four chairs.
The Ponderosa ($120) is one very large room and sleeps up
to four with a queen and an extra large full bed, TV, fan, electric heat and air.
Kitchenette includes microwave and sink.
Host interests: Family, hosting, cooking, travel, languages, travel.
Rates: D/$95-120. Add $15 for each additional guest.

Breakfast: Continental plus, served 7:30-9 AM or as otherwise arranged.
Pets in home: Friendly German Shepherd and Labrador
Maximum number of guests: 12
Minimum stay: 2 nights on week-end preferred, one night week-days
Restrictions: Smoking only on patios next to rooms, pets negotiable (not allowed in
guest rooms), children welcome.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major
credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
