This artfully restored
1930's historic inn is in a peaceful country setting on 16 acres, located 5 miles south of
historic Florence, 60 miles from Phoenix or Tucson. Guests find picture post card views in every
direction of distant mountains, unspoiled Sonoran Desert
plus trees, shrubs and towering saguaros. There
are three cottages and six guestrooms opening onto the courtyard with a fountain and a
gorgeous new heated pool and waterfall spa. Watch the stars and warm yourself by the
outdoor adobe fireplace while you grill your dinner on the BBQ. Visitors will discover
resident jackrabbits, quail and numerous birds. In the area, there are ten golf courses
and horseback riding. The town of Florence, "The Cowboy Cradle of the Great
Southwest", is the fifth oldest town in Arizona, and has numerous National Register
buildings built in the 1800's.

Amenities: Separate heat, AC. Each accommodation has TV and private Mexican tiled
bath with shower or tub and shower. Some rooms have phone. Each room has been decorated
with a different motif ranging from Western cowboy to traditional, and private outside
entrances onto a courtyard. "Alamo" has a queen bed. "Bandito" has a
queen bed. "Clementine" has a double and a twin bed. "Dolores" has a
queen bed. "Evangeline" has a king bed or two twin beds and a full bath.
"Fernando" has a double sofa bed, full bath, a full kitchen, and can be combined
with "Evangeline" as a suite. New RV park has full hook-ups, laundry facilities,
and a new putting green. Each cottage has living room, complete kitchen, one or two
bedrooms and baths, porch or patio (each could have roll- away). "Abby and
Gabriel" has a queen sofa-bed, 2 baths, a bedroom with queen bed, and a bedroom with
double bed. "Ilsa" has a twin sofa-bed, and a king bed or 2 twins. "Juanita
and Kachina" has 2 baths, a bedroom with twin trundle beds and a bedroom with a king
and a twin bed.

Rates: Rooms 10/1-4/15: S/$79, D/$89, Suite with living/kitchen $125. 4/16-9/30: S$59, D/$69, suite with living/kitchen $95. Rollaway $10.
Fernando/Evangeline suite 10/1-4/15 $125, summer rates negotiable.
One Bedroom Casitas 10/1-4/15: $125/night, $600/week. 4/16-9/30: $95/night. Double occupancy, add $10 per additional guest.
Two Bedroom Casitas 10/1-4/15: $175/night, $800/week. 4/16-9/30: $125/night. Rates for four guests, add $10 per additional guest.
Casitas long term summer rates negotiable.
Plus tax.

Minimum Stay: 2 nights preferred
Restrictions: Smoking areas outside. Children welcome. Small pets allowed with
prior approval.
Cancellation policy: 3 day cancellation notice required on all room cancellations,
1 week notice on casitas. If notice received less than above times, you will be charged
for 1 day per room or casita reserved. On casita reservations of 1 week or more,
cancellation notice must be received 1 month prior to scheduled arrival or you will be
billed for the entire stay reserved. All cancellations are subject
to a $25 service fee.
