bedroom, three bath home is three miles north of downtown Flagstaff.
It has views of the San Francisco Peaks and is located in a quiet,
upscale neighborhood of pine trees.
Location:
North, in the direction of the Grand Canyon and near the San Francisco
Peaks.
Amenities:
The spacious 2800+ square foot home features ten foot ceilings and has
a three car garage with ample off-street parking. One bedroom features
a queen size bed, a closet, desk and a private bath with walk-in
shower. The shower is equipped with handicapped bars for safety. A
second bedroom contains one twin bed, a closet. It occasionally shares
the bath with tub/shower with one other person. Iron, ironing board
and hair dryer available. Washer/dryer available for extra charge.
This
home is ramped for a no-step entry, and there is only one step down to
the back patio. Neutral ceramic tile and carpet cover the floor. There
is a gas fireplace for winter. French doors lead to library which
offers cable TV, DVD and VCR to be watched in private. or the 52"
flat screen cable TV, DVD and VCR in the living room may be shared
with the host couple. Wi-Fi is available with the desk in the
bedrooms. Guests are welcome to store small amounts of food and drinks
in host’s refrigerator and use the microwave.

enjoy sharing the many activities and wonderful weather of Flagstaff
with their friends and guests. They can provide you with maps and
information regarding hiking trails and other amenities and activities
available in Flagstaff and Northern Arizona.
Rates:
One or two persons, one room $125/night. Two persons, two rooms
$150/night. Three persons, two rooms $200/night.

Deposit
and Cancellation Policies:
50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of
reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers
checks upon arrival. Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business
checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit
card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is
preferred.
For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more
days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25
service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special
events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received
21 days prior to arrival date. |
