Ranked a top 10 Arizona B&B and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this inn offers a friendly, personal touch. Built in 1907 by a wealthy banker and cattle rancher as a stately residence, it has since been restored and elegantly decorated. There is a broad front porch entering into an open living room trimmed in oak with a large flagstone fireplace. Rock gardens and perennial flowers surround a patio and garden gazebo. Ideally located in historic downtown it is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and galleries. Recommended day trips include Grand Canyon, Sedona/Oak Creek Canyon, Sunset Crater (extinct volcano), and the Meteor Crater/Petrified Forest. Afternoon snacks.
Location: 1 mile north of I-40 & I-17, near the cross streets of Leroux and Dale

"The Tea Room" Two-room suite with 1907 mahogany paneling, Victorian roses and teapot collection. King bed, romantic whirlpool nook with fireplace. $190.
"Monet's Garden" Romantic, overlooking the patio garden. Queen bed, fireplace, double whirlpool tub, wheel chair accessible from the patio. $190.
"Dakota Suite" Two rooms in a rustic cowboy decor. Queen log bed, separate sitting room with fireplace and sofa bed for up to 2 children. $170.
"The Conservatory" turn of the century romance with a classical music theme. Queen canopied bed, sitting area with fireplace. $160.
"Sunflower Fields" Light and airy as a field of sunflowers. Queen antique iron bed, wicker rocking chairs, fireplace, and window seat overlooking Flagstaff. $160.
"Canyon Memories" Arts & Crafts decor reminiscent of traveling to the Grand Canyon in the 1920's. Queen bed, rocking chairs and fireplace. $160.
"Suite Nature" Two-bedroom suite with bent willow furniture and accents from nature. Queen bed and two twin beds for up to 2 children. $145.
"Sonoran Serenade" Quaint and colorful Old Mexico complete with lace and wrought iron. Queen bed and Mexican tiled fireplace. $135.
Host interests: Hiking, biking, skiing, music, art, performance singing, cooking.
Rates: Double occupancy $135-190 plus tax. Add $25 for each additional person in rooms which will accommodate them including children and babies. (No cribs or high chairs available.)
Breakfast: Full gourmet served 8-9 a.m.

Minimum stay: Two-night minimum weekends April through October. Three-night minimum required on some holidays.
Restrictions: No smoking on premises. No pets, but innkeeper will be happy to refer you to a local kennel. Well-behaved children are always welcome in Dakota and Suite Nature.
Check-in: 4-6 p.m. Late arrivals please phone ahead to make alternate check-in arrangements.
Checkout: 11 a.m.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
