close but country quiet." In a upscale rural setting in a scenic
area near Black Mountain, where
all of the houses are on an acre or more, this 3,200 square foot house
has five bedrooms, three of
which are available for B&B. It is within walking distance of
the edge of the town of Carefree. You might see families of quail,
javelinas or at night you
might hear coyotes. This is an outstanding area to see blooming
cacti, bushes and trees in March, April and May.
The
house was built on one acre and has a natural desert front yard and a
grassy back yard with tall
eucalyptus trees. The interior has white walls, white tile, and light
beige carpet in the large living
room. It has original art, and eclectic decor with contemporary
and antique furniture. Guests are welcome in the living room which has
a large sofa, easy chairs
and TV.
The
hostess is very warm and pleasant, is a good cook and has a genuine
interest in the comfort of
her guests.

Near Cave Creek Road and Scottsdale Road
Amenities:
AC. The master bedroom ($110) has a king bed, bath with shower, TV.
Doors open out to private patio.
Guests in the master bedroom are welcome to use the
hall bath with tub if they wish.

2 ($100) has a full size bed with an antique brass headboard, twin bed
with antique brass
headboard, shared hall bath with tub and shower.
Room
3 ($100) has a double bed with handsome 135-year old headboard, and
shares the hall bath with
tub and shower.
Hostess

hosting, art, antiques, music.
Rates:
$100.-$110. $25/day for third person in Room 2.
Breakfast:
Full. If a special diet is required, please let host know 24 hours
before arrival.
Minimum
stay: 2 nights

Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment

is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.

cards. Reservations
may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check,
if this method of deposit is
preferred.
For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more
days prior to arrival date.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays
during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week
or more, cancellation must
be received 30 days prior to arrival date. |
