In 1906, the Southwestern master architect Henry C. Trost designed a home for the chief clerk of the Calumet and Arizona Mining Company. The C. & A. Mining Company later became the owners of the home and used it as a guesthouse for important visitors. The present owners of this Spanish Mission style home have restored and enhanced the home and grounds. Grandly spacious rooms, lofty crowned ceilings with unusual chandeliers, oak and maple flooring and
wainscotting, fireplaces, leaded beveled glass windows, Victorian style wallpaper and antique furnishings all harken back to an earlier era.

Amenities: First floor: Gold and Peach Rooms (S/$55, D/$70) have a shared full bath, queen beds, and an additional restroom in the hall. Attached to Gold Room is a 2-person spa (add $15 to room rate for use of spa). Blue Room
(S/$65, D/$80, 3 People/$95) has private full bath, queen bed, queen hide-a-bed. Second floor:
Twin Bedroom (S/$45, D/$60) has two twin beds and shares a full bath with Master bedroom. Beige Room
(S/$75, D/$90) has private shower bath, king bed, Murphy bed, fireplace. Master bedroom
(S/$70, D/$85) has a queen bed and shares the bath with Pink Room. Guests welcome in music room with cable TV, VCR or living room with fireplace.
Available on the 2nd floor of a free standing stucco building is a light and airy efficiency apartment
(D/$100) with beautiful distant views of Mexico, and Southwestern and antique décor. It has a comfortable queen wall bed, private shower bath, large refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, and coffee maker.
Also
available in the house next door is an executive suite with a king
bed, queen sofa bed, private bath and TV ($100). Guests are invited into the main house for breakfast.

Rates: $45-$110. Rollaway $15. Each additional person $15. Plus tax. Infants up to 6 months free. All children 6 months or older are charged as an adult.
Deposit: One night or fifty percent on stays of three days or longer
Cancellation: Three-day cancellation policy. On busy weekends, refund will be issued only if room is re-rented for entire period reserved. All cancellations subject to a
$25 service charge.
Breakfast: A generous full breakfast is served from 8-9 a.m. unless earlier time is requested.
Pets in B&B: Dog and cat, not in guest area
Restrictions: Smoking outside, pets allowed in Gold and Peach Rooms, children welcome. Limit 3 adults to a room.
