
To make a phone reservation - In one easy call we will listen to your preferences,
recommend accommodations, check availability, make reservations and take care of deposits.
It helps us to know the number of persons traveling, type of accommodation you enjoy,
preferred amenities, range of rates, arrival and departure dates, and any other
information which might help us assist you. Please read our deposit and cancellation
policies listed below.
To make an online reservation - Click
"Host Descriptions" to select your preferences and then click on the
"Online Reservation Form" link and fill out our online reservation form. We
shall then make a reply to you as soon as possible.

Deposits: Pre-payment of one night, or,
if the stay is more than three nights, the standard deposit is 50% of the total stay. (If
preferred, the total amount may be paid in advance.) We accept personal checks, if
received 2 weeks prior to arrival. We also accept all major credit cards, which are
processed at the time of booking. If you intend to use a credit card for deposit, we ask
that you call us or email the numbers to us in two emails to protect your privacy and
security.
We have a one-time service fee of $10.
Balance Due: The balance is due to your
host in cash or travelers checks at check-in time. (Few hosts take credit cards.)
Cancellations: For a
refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days
prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25
service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special
events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellations must be received
30 days prior to arrival date.
Hosts with different policies: In cases
where the hosts have a different deposit and cancellation policy, their policy will
prevail.
Rates: Rates do not include taxes and
are subject to change.
Check-in, Check-out: Unless special
arrangements are made with the host, the customary check-in time is 4-6 p.m.
and check-out time is 11 a.m.
Obligations: Neither Mi Casa Su Casa, a
reservation service, nor its hosts, are responsible or liable for any damage, loss or
delay incurred by any person to themselves or their property as a result of the act or
omission of any person which might result through this placement. The only obligation of
this service is to coordinate rentals.
